Everything is nice when they are selling you the bike, however if anything goes wrong after that, you're on your own.

We purchased an ebike from this company (Rosebery branch). The motor stopped working after 3 months. They refuse to fix it and provide warranty service. They claimed that we have somehow found the factory secret codes to the bikes software and changed the software's factory settings on voltage (?!) which has led to the bike breaking down.

This is absurd. None of the settings was changed or touched after we purchased this bike. The bike has only been for 3 months. The plastics and labels are still on the bike. This is our first ebike and we are nowhere savvy enough to do anything like this. It just seems to be the shop's cheap and easy way of getting out of the warranty that they promised.

After ringing several ebike repairers the job was too difficult because my ebike was not a familiar brand.

I took my bike to Myebike in Kings Cross for a new battery and a service check over and was quoted a very reasonable price.

The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had my bike ready for me to pickup after two days.

My bike is running perfectly now and I have to say it looks awesome too.

I would highly recommend you give them a call if you need a new ebike, ebike repair, parts and accessories.

-They even assemble from postage and fit for individual rider's best comfort and ride.
-All staff help all e-bikes, any brand,from anywhere.(Most other shops only service their own sold bikes.)I have tried the rest-These guys are the best. 🏁Owner Antonio & Camilla are passionate and really care.They run an excellent organisation. I was renting from them for more than 4 month, they always keep you waiting for 1 day even if you need a simple service like changing the brake pads which it can be fixed quickly in 15 minutes, they should give the priority to the people who rent from them, I have not received a part of my bond back, they tried to compromise my bond by adding a nonsense problems on the bike, not recommended at all !
